Tidak seperti pegawai negeri di Indonesia, tidak ada lembaga yang bertanggung jawab untuk masa depan pesepak bola, kata pengamat sepak bola Justinus Lhaksana. "Jika mereka masih muda dan datang dari keluarga yang tidak kaya, mereka akan bersikap seperti orang kaya baru," kata dia.
