New details are emerging in the death and background of the man suspected of killing 18 people in Maine and injuring more than a dozen others.

Around 7:45 p.m. Friday night, McGee got a call that Card was found inside along with at least one gun.The recycling center released a statement, clarifying that Card was a commercial driver for about a year and left the company last spring. Shots first rang out around 6:56 p.m. Wednesday, when police say calls came in that a man walked into Just-in-Time Recreation on Mollison Street in Lewiston and began shooting. At 7:08 p.m., police say they received multiple calls that a man had come into Schemengees Bar and Grille Restaurant on Lincoln Street and began shooting. Eighteen people died and 13 were injured.
Like Ryan McGee said today in the press conference, it needs to be more focused on the victims, not the person who did it at the moment, we really need to help them get through this,” the owner said.He’d visited the lot days ago to check on the job. Like many, he now hopes for healing.
