A woman who ordered dog food online was unhappy with the way it was delivered.
contacted the online seller, Pet Inc, she found the response less than satisfactory.The Stomper had messaged Pet Inc about her order being thrown on the ground outside her gate.The buyer shared screenshots of her online chat with the seller, where she complained about the delivery and said:"Disgusting business you are running."The seller replied:"I see. Then thanks for the feedback."The Stomper then said she would share this on social media.
He said:"The driver had rung and used the intercom at the unit. The helper responded and took a long time to come to the door. So he decided to leave the order there as he needed to rush for the rest of his trips. "I believed my logistic team is always doing their best here and they are not new to their job. I trust them and their judgement on all different incidents that happen on site."
