Optimax shares gets temporary boost on getting licence for new services FMTNews FMTBusiness
Optimax Holdings Bhd has a network of 18 branches, and delivers specialised eye care services and associated goods throughout Malaysia.
Its share price was up 3 sen or 4.2% to 74 sen, during the morning trading session. However, the boost from the news was short-lived as it closed half-a-sen or 0.7% lower to 70.5 sen, giving it a market capitalisation of RM380.7 million. Optimax CEO Sandy Tan said the pursuance of the licence was essential to ensure aesthetical services are offered in a legal and professional manner.
