In front of over 71,500 spectators, the closing ceremony began with a musical performance led by French singer Zaho de Sagazan and the choir of the Haendel-Hendrix Academy singing Edith Piaf’s Sous le ciel de Paris as the sunset drenched sections of the stadium in golden hues.
