Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is again suing the Biden administration, this time over a new immigration policy he claims will cost taxpayers thousands of dollars.

The administration put into place a rule that changes the 1999 “public charge” standard to stipulate that dependence on non-cash benefits such as food stamp and health services will not be factored into green-card eligibility Paxton, a Republican who has sued the administration a dozen times, thinks an amendment made by Biden significantly weakens that rule.
