Eddie Vedder has released a new album under his own name and headed out on a solo tour, but the Pearl Jam singer is hardly lonely
“I didn’t have to have any arguments with anyone else,” he said at the listening gathering. “But it turns out you just end up arguing with yourself.”
Vedder was in Southern California to play the"Vax Live"concert in May 2021 when he asked Watt, a self-described Pearl Jam “super-fan,” if he could stop by his studio. They were joined by Tench for “Long Way” and a pair of Petty covers. Police drummer Stewart Copeland sat in for two of the encores.
