Permira may list Germany’s TeamViewer, which sells technology for remote computer access. Permira is testing Europe’s appetite for racy software companies, says LiamWardProud:

German software company TeamViewer is planning to list on the Frankfurt stock exchange this year, the company said on Aug. 28. The initial public offering is expected to be completed by the end of 2019, subject to market conditions, TeamViewer said in a statement.

The private equity firm Permira currently owns the entire company. The IPO is expected to consist entirely of existing shares. Reuters reported that about 30% of the firm’s shares could be floated, valuing the company at 4-5 billion euros including debt.
