IMPD Officer William Young says there was a disturbance before the person was shot and that a funeral ceremony was going on at the time.
INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says one man has died after a shooting in a church parking lot.
Police say they are speaking with a person of interest and several witnesses as part of the investigation.
