The triple IPA was released Friday and will be served at Russian River Brewing Company's two brewpubs — at 725 4th St. in Santa Rosa and 700 Mitchell Lane in Windsor — through April 6. If you want to get your hands on the coveted beer, you’ll need to know some ground rules first. Pliny the Younger will be available daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. through April 6, and each guest will be given wristbands to purchase up to three 10-ounce pours of Pliny the Younger. The wristbands also allow guests to purchase no more than two bottles of the brew.
Moreover, Pliny the Younger will not be for sale at the brewery gift shops, and parties must enjoy their brews within a 2.5-hour window.
