A personal mobility device user ignored a red light and rode into a moving double-decker bus at a Yishun crossing.
In the video, the rider appeared to be just scraped by the bus, causing him to lose control of his PMD, as the bus continued on its journey. Another commented:"The problem is that this errant rider is not only endangering his own life, he endangered others as well. What if a car took evasive actions but run into another vehicle or pedestrians? The authorities shouldn’t take this lightly."
