Isaiah Clay Lewis, 21, committed several brutal, unprovoked and random attacks in January 2021.
In surveillance video from two attacks, Lewis is seen kicking a woman in the head as she rode a King County Metro bus home.
A day later, Lewis was seen attacking a woman who was planting flower bulbs in the Belltown neighborhood. She was kicked in the head and suffered 10 fractures to her face.The Washington State Department of Corrections confirms that Lewis has since violated his parole, resulting in a warrant for his arrest.More news from KIRO 7
