One person is dead following a shooting near a BART station in San Francisco's shopping district Thursday night, and police said Friday they've made an arrest.
The incident was reported in the area of Powell and Market streets, near the Powell Street BART station, at around 8:40 p.m. When officers arrived, they found a male victim with at least one gunshot wound.
