The suspect was seen wearing a Penn State Nittany Lions sweatshirt, grey sweatpants, and white sneakers.
Police in Bucks County are investigating an attempted sexual assault that took place in a mall parking lot on Friday.
Police say the suspect followed the victim from the mall to the parking lot, where he reached under her dress and grabbed her while she was loading children into her vehicle.People at the mall told Action News they were surprised something like this happened.
