La publicación fue marcada como parte del esfuerzo de Meta para combatir las noticias falsas y la desinformación en su plataforma. . "Pánico en Moscú, Vladimir Putin anuncia que Ucrania ha tomado la ciudad. La radio rusa ha emitido un discurso de Vladimir Putin que ha sorprendido a la comunidad internacional" dice el narrador del video. A lo que añade,"El pueblo de Rusia no sabe qué está sucediendo, la gente ha entrado en pánico y algunos han ido incluso al supermercado a comprar comida pensando en que van a tener que refugiarse por mucho tiempo".
A lo largo del video van apareciendo imágenes del presidente ruso, así como de edificios derrumbados y soldados.
