A postdoctoral position is immediately available in the Gallo laboratory to study, plan, direct and conduct specialized and advanced bioinformatics and genomics research in neuro-oncology. This position will be responsible to conduct computational studies aimed at discovering new principles underlying brain tumor biology.
The successful candidate will have opportunities to generate, analyze and mine data using a variety of approaches, including single-cell and spatial genomic assays.Generates new data using advanced genomic tools and analyze/mine other available resources.Summarizes research findings, prepares manuscripts for publication and publishes results in peer-reviewed research journals.Maintains laboratory operations.
