New Jersey's annual campaign to repair potholes is underway, with crews hitting the streets as a harsh winter continues to take its toll on highways.
Three people were killed Monday morning when a car flew off the highway and onto Amtrak train tracks below.
Where possible, crews will limit their daytime work hours to 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will try to avoid working in travel lanes carrying traffic during peak times.
