-- a top 25-ranked pro bull rider -- has been killed after a deadly shooting at a Salt Lake City apartment on Monday ... and police are calling it a domestic violence-related homicide.Salt Lake City Police Department said they received a call at 12:06 AM on Monday about a man being shot at an apartment complex located almost 2 miles south of the Utah Jazz's Vivint Arena.
Sadly, the man passed away and SLCPD later identified the victim as Demetrius Omar Lateef Allen, also known as"Ouncie."... and charged the 21-year-old with murder and felony discharge of a firearm.
