A proposed project would create an 18.63-acre paved, striped, fenced and landscaped lot offering short-term truck and chassis parking.
The Port of Los Angeles has released its initial document — the first step in what will be an environmental review process — for a proposed truck and chassis parking lot on John S. Gibson Boulevard, in San Pedro, a location not on POLA property but near the port complex.
The proposed project includes paving a portion of the site and striping approximately 393 truck and chassis stalls. It would require an amendment to the Port of Los Angeles Master Plan.
