A sinkhole in Gasing Indah, Kuala Lumpur, that keeps reappearing is causing worry among residents. Despite being patched up initially, the hole has returned, prompting concerns about safety and potential damage to vehicles. Some residents are even driving against traffic to avoid it.

A Gasing Indah resident says the sinkhole in the road, which is used by many vehicles, was patched up but reappeared.

The hole in the only access road out of the area has been making delivery man Quwais Zakaria, 18, uneasy every time he has to make a delivery. “Should the road cave in while a vehicle is passing by, it can cause serious injuries. Something should be done quickly before an accident happens,” said Mr Loke, 38.
