First look: Renderings show new Peninsula Beach Resort coming to Galveston in 2024 with private airport and largest gulf coast bar
claims it will have the largest beach front bar in Texas and the first resort with a private airport in the U.S. It is set to first open it's beach bar in 2024 before the clubhouse and cottages are ready later that year.
It will have a soft launch in the spring of 2024 before a grand opening by the summer. All other part of the resort are not expected to be complete by the summer.Bolivar Investment Group Construction of 90 two- and four-bedroom beach houses is set to begin the second quarter of 2024. The website does not yet have prices ranges posted.
