As the 118th Congress convenes in Washington with Republicans newly in control of the House of Representatives, The San Diego Union-Tribune spoke with the region’s members of Congress — all of them re-elected in November — about their priorities, challenges and plans for 2023.

We need more agents to inspect vehicles and interdict drugs.”As of now, pedestrian border crossings will be available from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m.
