As of 1:15 p.m., 32 flights had been delayed at San Antonio, according to FlightAware. Sixteen of those were on Southwest Airlines, amounting to 17 percent of its schedule for the day. Another eight flights on American – 19 percent of its schedule – were delayed. Three United flights had been delayed. Seven of the delayed flights were to and from Dallas.
