The RNC is assembling a team to reelect Trump
The Republican National Committee has finalized its senior staff for the 2020 election cycle with a focus on disrupting the Democratic presidential primary and continuing to build up the party’s field and digital infrastructure, the party told POLITICO.
The RNC and America Rising PAC have worked together to place full-time video trackers for Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina to follow the Democrats vying for the White House. The RNC’s research team, which will be headed by Joe Ascioti, a former assistant research director, is busy creating video libraries and opposition files on every candidate and blasting out potentially damaging snippets.
