Former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III trains every single day, while juggling his on-air duties at ESPN, in case an NFL team comes calling, according to his wife, Grete Griffin.
The video showed Griffin running outdoors while Grete was presumably behind the camera inside a moving vehicle.

The 33-year-old Pro Bowl quarterback was named “ESPN’s Next Big Star” by Sports Illustrated in 2022.
