The survey revealed that career progression is the most common reason why employees return to previous employers. Of those surveyed, 79% are seeking new roles in the next 12 months.Meanwhile, 43% will consider a counteroffer even after agreeing to a new job. Of those who accept counteroffers, 52% plan to remain with the company for at least 2-3 years.
