For the second time in three months, a truck has struck an Interstate 295 overpass in Salem County.
A vehicle traveling northbound on the interstate struck the Hawks Bridge Road/Route 140 overpass in Carneys Point on Tuesday night, according to authorities.of I-295, according to an overnight Facebook post from Carneys Point Township Police. Engineers planned to be out Wednesday to evaluate the extent of the damage, police said.
