SAN ANTONIO — A man shot his uncle on board a VIA bus on the city's west side Monday evening, San Antono Police say.
They found the 41-year-old victim with gunshot wound to his stomach. Investigators said he was responsive when he was taken away in the ambulance but then rushed into surgery. His condition as of Monday night is unknown.One woman who spoke with KENS 5 said she witnessed the two men arguing on the bus before she got off at her stop and then heard a gunshot.
The alleged shooter was tracked down by police several blocks away from the incident off Texas Avenue.“He was drenched, he didn’t look like he wanted to fight me in any way but I was ready in the fighting position," Martin Rodriguez said.
