A 46-year-old male cyclist is assisting with investigations into alleged offences of public nuisance and for remaining longer than necessary at a pedestrian crossing in Sengkang.

The 58-year-old said he had slowed down at the crossing to allow two pedestrians to pass and just started accelerating again when a cyclist appeared.
