Ghostface's body count is on the rise, as Henry Czerny joins the cast of Scream 6 as a potential new victim . After January's"requel" Scream became a major success, Scream 6 was quickly greenlit by Paramount Studios with directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett remaining at the helm. Hype around the new sequel has been hotter than ever with filming already commencing in New York City and several major casting announcements emerging over the last several weeks.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY The exciting casting news continues as Deadline has reported that Czerny is set to join the rapidly growing ensemble of Scream 6. Perhaps most interestingly, Czerny previously starred in Bettinelli-Olpin and Gillett's 2019 horror-comedy hit Ready or Not. No official information has been released as to who Czerny might play, but the cast is filling up with actors spanning younger and older generations.
