“Watching her stand up for what she believes in and watching the courage to do so, despite social norms, I think has affected so many of us,” Barnes added. At a press conference alongside Harvey on Thursday, Rapinoe stayed humble when asked about her legacy.“It is really emotional. It is really special to see the impact," she said.
