One traveler said they missed their flight after arriving to the airport 2.5 hours early.
We missed our flight and delta is not helping because TSA is not their problem. We were here 2.5 hours early for a domestic flight with no checked bags 😡😡😡According to a TSA spokesperson, all security lines have been merged into a single queue, and once travelers reach the terminal, they are being redirected to individual checkpoints.
The spokesperson said 24 of 29 screening lanes are open, and the two that are closed are due to equipment malfunction. The other three are part of the international arrivals. The spokesperson noted it is cruise ship season, and travelers arriving from cruise ships are arriving at the same time.KIRO 7 has also reached out to Sea-Tac Intl. Airport.
