Christie’s International Real Estate, the late Princess of Wales and her sons Prince William and Prince Harry once vacationed at a property on Casuarina Beach in the Bahamas that the company recently listed for $12.5 million.
The private 4,492 square-foot hideaway, part of the gated community of Lyford Cay, maintains its distance from neighbors on a spacious 1.05 acre lot with direct beach access . In addition to the 180ft of beach, the property boasts five bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, a pool, and outdoor entertaining spaces.
