Gomez recently launched, a content platform for women struggling with mental health issues to congregate, have conversations, and pick up tips on how to maintain their equilibrium. Gomez offered some tips of her own, admitting there are certain days which are harder than others.

“What helps me, first and foremost, is just picking up the phone and calling someone,” Gomez began, before going on to say it's important to investigate and learn about what helps you. Gomez also says she works out, even when she doesn't want to, exclaiming, “I hate working out! It is not fun, but I've been doing intense boxing classes recently, and it has really helped me get a lot of frustration but also just energy out and it feels so good.”Instagram Live
