Noah Cohen | NJ Advance Media for NJ.comThe first case occurred around 10 a.m. at the John Street playground, where a mother reported that her child was bitten while playing, according to Lakewood police Capt. Gregory Staffordsmith. The child was treated and released from an area hospital.
