Pulliam-Green is expected to be back in court sometime next week and she is currently being held without bail.
A woman accused of murdering two young girls in the Bayview District last week has pleaded not guilty to the charges, prosecutors announced Friday.
The father of the victims, a one-year-old girl and a five-year-old girl, called emergency services that morning to report that his two children were unresponsive. At Friday's court proceedings, Streets confirmed that Green-Pulliam was the mother of the two deceased children. He also stated that he requested Green-Pulliam undergo medical and psychological evaluations before her next court appearance.
