Police said on Twitter the suspect is wanted for an assault-pattern hate crime and issued a reward of up to $25,000 for information that leads to his identification or arrest., the man was linked to three separate outbursts last Wednesday. Based on timings, the string of attacks appear to have escalated as the night progressed.

It was approximately 8 p.m. when he allegedly hit a 64-year-old woman on the neck with a stick. Roughly an hour later, he allegedly hurled a brick towards a 20-year-old woman that made contact with the back of her head. She was treated by paramedics at the scene. Shortly after 11 p.m. the suspect allegedly hit a 58-year-old man in the face on Eighth Avenue and 19th Street in Chelsea while yelling anti-white comments, CBS New York reported.
