Ewing police found the two brothers shot inside Priori's Deli early Monday morning.
EWING TWP., New Jersey -- A shooting inside a Ewing Township, New Jersey, deli left one man dead and his brother injured Monday morning.
Investigators say an unidentified gunman came into the store and shot 54-year-old Oscar Palacios and his brother Jose.Authorities say neither brother was armed. "No matter if you have money, you don't have money, you can come to the deli," said Antonio Palacios, the victims' other brother.
