user took to a forum on Tuesday to ask people if, for most Singaporean families, the responsibility of caring for elderly parents automatically falls on the sibling who is not married. With filial piety being a hot topic in Singapore, many online users took to the comments section to share their different views on such expectations on certain members of the family.
