Fourth of July fireworks came a day early for the Cumberbatch family. Sisters Simone and Shari both gave birth on July 3 atThat’sMercy Medical Center shared adorable photos of the sisters celebrating the arrival of their newborns, as well as the birthday of their dad, Elmo Cumberbatch.
Prior to her delivery, Simone purposely scheduled her c-section for July 3 since it’s her dad’s birthday. But the family was in for a real surprise when Shari also ended up going into labor on the same day. The mom wasn't expecting to give birth until later in the month. The cousins were delivered by the same doctor at Mercy Medical Center just four and a half hours apart,
