Officials ejected the two after slapping them with a pair of technical fouls in the Spurs’ 128-120 win over Denver on Friday night at the AT&T Center.
The Spurs won the second period 42-29 thanks with McDermott scoring 12 points on 4 of 5 in nine minutes.
McDermott is averaging nearly 10 points a game and shooting 42 percent from distance on 4.5 attempts per game.
