After it opens, the company’s East Coast fast-moving operators will shift their focus to Collin County, where a Firebirds is expected to open in Plano, near the Frisco border at State Highway 121 and Preston Road.The restaurant feels familiar — a little bit like a Houston’s, but with more light.
