According to police, Provencher was driving a 2019 white Jeep Cherokee and was last seen picking up Scurr near the 16400 block of 23A Avenue in Surrey around 12:30 p.m. that day. Neither have been seen or heard from since then.Scurr is a 37-year-old white man, with an athletic build and standing 6-foot-4, weighing 220 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Provencher is a 38-year-old white man, with a slim build and standing 5-foot-10, weighing 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.Anyone with information about Scurr and Provencher’s whereabouts is asked to contact Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502.
