Photo provided by Cumberland County PrisonHomicide charges lodged against a Shippensburg women for the fatal shooting of Shippensburg resident Beth Ann Schwartz on Easter Sunday have been forwarded to Cumberland County Court.
Court documents said Black’s girlfriend then heard a gunshot. When she went outside afterward, the girlfriend reportedly saw Schwartz lying on the ground. “I just shot her,” Black told her girlfriend when she asked what happened, according to the affidavit. “I don’t know what I’m gonna do. I’m going to jail.”
