Singaporean singer-songwriter Tanya Chua celebrated her 50th birthday on January 28th, sharing photos and videos of her celebrations with fans. In one video, her close friend and fellow pop star Jolin Tsai sings her a birthday song. Chua jokingly suggested forming a new girl group called SSS with Tsai and another mutual friend, referencing the snake, the zodiac animal of the current year.
