"The Texas Education Agency transition process has been led from TEA by leaders outside of Houston which has resulted in a lack of transparency and confusion," the resolution states. The board"believes that the transition manager should be from Houston and work closely with the TEA to facilitate a smooth transition and ensure no gap in leadership."
