is clearly setting up nods to past slasher movies, it's no surprise fans are already betting Emma taking on the role. The "final girl" in a horror movie is typically depicted as a young, innocent, virginal young woman who doesn't like to engage in the rowdy behavior her friends do. While everyone else is cool with partying and hooking up, the final girl is shyer and would probably just be a wallflower at whatever party you took her to.
Why would it be Emma's character? From what we've seen thus far, her character is comparatively reserved and more conservatively dressed than her friends. For example, Billie's character is all rock and roll with big, teased blond hair, bold makeup, and even bolder clothing choices; Emma's character opts for clothing in neutral pastels, headbands, sweaters, and low-key makeup. Her style is classic "final girl" material.
