I wore this in Paris and Leon and in Iceland. Iceland is cold and rainy this time of year. The hood tightened up well and I put my cell phone in my jacket pocket. I put ID and cards in a coin purse with a strap. It was perfect and I didn’t have to worry about pickpockets. It kept me totally warm.
