Notably, other campaigns do not have to deal with a judge warning them that they’ll get thrown in jail if they try to intimidate the jury or prosecutors. Aside from debating, those are two of Trump’s favorite pastimes, which puts him in a new kind of conundrum. “Most criminal defense attorneys would never let their clients to go on and on talking this bullshit,” Maclin said. “He’s only hurting himself.
