Trendy tiny homes for sale in East End going for $3.3 million.

"If we can't sell them all at once, we don't want to sell," real estate agent Jonathan Williamson said.

"Typically they go for about $120 to $150 a night," Williamson said."They're also available to rent all 10 houses at a time for large groups. At that point the tenant will go for about $2800 a night." Williamson also said tiny homes in Houston may be trendy because the average home in Houston hit $400,000 and first-time homebuyers purchase smaller houses because of it. Williamson said the listing price for the property amounts to selling the tiny homes at $330,000 each, and the ten homes can be expected bring in about $35,000 a month on average.Courtesy/ Sotheby’s International Realty
